Rachel Marie Starkey is an American actress and singer based in Brooklyn, New York.

She graduated from The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, and holds a degree in music performance from Texas Wesleyan University. Her performances include Katherine Wiley, Radium Girls, Johanna, Sweeney Todd and multiple performances with the Fort Worth Opera including the world premiere of JFK. She recently finished a European tour of an adaptation of The Seagull as Trigorin and Medvedenko.
